Shaving brush

This Double Edge Safety Razor has a sleek design and a beautiful appearance. A sharp and clean safety razor will cut the hair in one movement without catching or dragging hairs. The so-called lift and cut systems are actually not good at all, this promotes hair ingrowth.

In addition, you don’t have to apply much pressure when using the MEDLUXY® Double Edge Safety Razor, which limits the number of nicks and cuts. Let the weight of the razor do the work for you. You have to be careful about how much pressure you apply while shaving, but once you’ve mastered a heavier razor, you may never go back to a lighter one. It takes patience and you have to develop a good technique. Men and women find the Double Edge Safety Razor particularly gentle on sensitive skin.

Replacement
Simply unscrew the head of the handle to carefully insert a new blade. These blades are always available in most drugstores. Depending on various factors (hair type, shaving technique, etc.) you can shave as many as 16-30 times with one blade.

Is a safety razor dangerous?

Usage
Halve the razor by cutting it in half and slide the half blade into the razor. Hold the razor between your thumb and 3 fingers. Hold the razor at a 30 degree angle to the skin. Use a slightly smaller angle for the cheek, chin and upper lip. Press the razor lightly onto the skin. First shave with the beard hairs. Pull the skin taut while shaving with the other hand. Shave with calm, even strokes. Use the razor safely and carefully! Practice around the sideburns and cheeks at first. After a few days you can carefully shave the chin and neck area.
