We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 15:00, we try to ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, will be shipped on Monday.
Postage costs
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Within the Netherlands we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €25.
For orders under €25,- you pay €4.11 shipping costs.
Shipping costs to Belgium
For orders to Belgium we charge shipping costs from €4.99 to €6.99 and free shipping from €25 . Orders are shipped with a Track and Trace code as standard.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DPD or DHL. Depending on the delivery service, delivery will generally take place within the Netherlands the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00 and at the latest within 3 working days. And at the latest within 3 to 5 working days for Belgium. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Returns
You have a 30-day reflection period with us, which starts when you receive your order. You may return all items, as long as they are in the most original condition possible and undamaged, and do not fall under the exceptions. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return your package(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original (sealed) packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We may hold you liable for any reduction in value that occurs because you have used the item in a way other than you would in a store.
Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@medluxy.nl . or fill out the online return form . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: MEDLUXY, return number [number obtained if return is accepted], Krabbendamstraat 23, 1024MD Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned,
- Articles customized at your request
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons for personal care (beauty products and care items for example) and hygiene items of which the original seal or sealed packaging has been broken or opened.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original (sealed) packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
By using the return process, you are already exercising your right of withdrawal. In addition, you can fill in and send the withdrawal form.

The direct costs for returning the products are at your expense. Returns are always at your own risk , even if problems arise with the carrier.
