You have the right to cancel your order for all products, including audio and video recordings, computer software, and hygiene products, up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. For audio and video recordings, computer software, and hygiene products, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

If the product is received back in good order, you will be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.

We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after your return notification, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned,

• Items that have been customized at your request
• Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the seal has been broken or the sealed packaging has been opened.

  These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Beauty and care products
  • Hygiene articles
  • Other products that are no longer suitable for resale after opening or use
• If the seal or sealed packaging has been broken, the right of withdrawal for these items may lapse, to the extent permitted by law.

If applicable, it will be clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging when an item cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the seal has been broken.
