How do returns work?

1. Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. After registration, you have another 14 days to return the product.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund according to our return policy.

Important to know

Not all items can be returned. Statutory exceptions apply to certain products, for example, for hygiene and care products where the seal has been broken.
