MEDLUXY® Needle holder with groove according to Mayo-Hegar is handcrafted from surgical stainless steel. This Mayo-Hegar Needle holder (clamping scissors, clamping forceps) is straight with ribbed ends, a two-sided blood groove and has a total length of 14 cm.
The ribbed working surface is designed to firmly hold the needle so it cannot slip. The needle holder can be locked in various positions.
Use
Mayo-Hegar Needle holders are often used for grasping, holding, and passing needles and surgical sutures.
Cleaning before and after each use. Drying thoroughly before storing and lubricating the hinge with suitable oil will extend the life of the needle holder.
