The MEDLUXY® Halsted-Mosquito Artery Clamp has straight blades with an anatomically flat and finely ribbed surface and a total length of 13 cm. All our medical instruments are handcrafted from high-quality surgical stainless steel.
Use
The Mosquito Artery Clamp is used, among other things, for gripping and holding blood vessels, tissue, threads, and small objects. The clamp can be set in various positions. The stepwise locking mechanism allows the desired pressure to be locked in place.
Cleaning after each use, drying thoroughly before storage, and oiling the hinge with suitable oil will ensure a longer lifespan.
